Ice Cream Party!
As we head into the 2nd semester of our 5th grade year we have been talking a lot about being ready for middle school. One of the ways we want to make sure that we are prepared is by making sure we have mastered our math facts. I have challenged the students- as soon as everyone in our class has learned their addition math facts we will have a class ice cream party! Most of the students have already accomplished this, but if your child is still working on it please help them practice their facts at home. Thank you for your help and support.

I want ice cream too! Can we do around the world with our addition facts and then while the facts are still ripe in our brain we go do xtramath so we may be able to Have the ice cream party sooner. No rush. BUT I LOVE ICECREAM!
