Challenger Field Trip

As part of our career readiness program our students will be going on a field trip to the Challenger Learning Center on Thursday, Feb. 2nd.  To prepare for our trip all of the 5th graders will be working together to learn math and science skills that we will be using on our simulated mission.  This week the students filled out a job application for the position they would like to hold.  We also watched a documentary on the Challenger and learned about CPR, blood pressure, and pulse from our own Nurse Nancy.  The kids are getting very excited about our trip.  Please see the handouts coming home today for more details.
